**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING**

**All Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-NEGOTIABLE 

A deposit of $20 is required for the desired service in order to secure your appointment. The deposit will be credited towards your SERVICE. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please notify KY within a minimum of 24 hours in advanced so that your deposit can be added to your next service. This does not apply to same day cancellations. Clients are only allowed to reschedule an appointment upon prior notice. Rescheduling after cancellation must be made within a 30 day time frame.

**All Bridal Services must set up a consultation date before booking for bridal services please contact me separately if the bridal party is 5 or more. (PRICE & DEPOSIT VARY)

**All Photo shoot services contact KY personally. (PRICE & DEPOSIT VARY) 

Remaining balance must be paid in Cash, or Paypal.

TRAVEL FEE: $20 flat rate for traveling 0.50 cents per mile after flat rate. Flat rate + 0.50 cents per mile = total travel fee

. Please no kids or extra people unless they are also being serviced (space is limited)

. Please come with a cleansed face

. A late fee of $15 will be added if you are more than 10 minutes late, please be respectful of my time and other clients with scheduled appointments. if more than 15 minutes late with no prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled.
